General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain inventory in stock at all times, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ensure that an accurate lead time for ordered material is communicated and permissible to the buying party. If monies have already been received, a full refund will be offered.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. While our on line calculator can be used as an estimate for shipping costs, too many variables exist to consider it “fool-proof”. At time of purchase BE Hemp Customer Service will contact you to arrange for shipping and to create a separate invoice for the shipping option. If the customer should choose to arrange shipping to their location, BE Hemp will work with you to ensure seamless shipping of their product.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a product is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. All other duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

The BE Hemp Equipment warranty BE Hemp warrants all equipment, parts, or other material sold by BE Hemp to be free of defects and workmanship and to operate as advertised or claimed for 5 years from date of purchase when operated and maintained as recommended. This policy does exclude normal wear and tear items, and will be defined within each specific Product Manual. 

During the Warranty Period, Be Hemp will repair or replace, at its sole discretion any part/parts required to bring warranted equipment into a serviceable condition. Any labor, and/or travel, required to perform repairs will be the owners responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon by BE Hemp.
